This historic McKinney home, originally built in 1907, had been undergoing a careful and loving restoration for three years. When the homeowners decided they needed a backyard area to match the charm and personality of their home, they turned to Bobcat Custom Construction. The project included several standout features: a gas log fire pit perfect for evening gatherings, a stunning pergola with white-painted beams that contrast beautifully with the German schmear brickwork, and hand-poured concrete countertops that bring a rustic yet polished look to the built-in grilling area.
