Outdoor Living Renovation

100% Usable & Welcoming Outdoor Living Renovation

Some backyards are meant for quiet mornings. This one was built for good company. The homeowner wanted a space that could do it all, from game-day gatherings to weekend relaxing, and Bobcat Custom Construction brought that vision to life.

At the center of the project is a custom open gable patio cover, crowned with a warm tongue-and-groove porch ceiling that adds craftsmanship and character overhead. The exposed lines of the gable give the structure a timeless, welcoming feel, while an industrial outdoor fan keeps the air moving comfortably through those long North Texas afternoons.

Beneath the cover, a mounted TV turns the patio into the perfect spot to watch the game or settle in for a relaxed evening. A stamped concrete patio anchors the space with texture and durability, blending beauty with a finish that holds up season after season.

The yard was completed with a turfed putting green. Thoughtfully designed to make the most of the yard, it invites the homeowner to sharpen their short game right at home, with no maintenance required. Every corner of the space now has a purpose, from the shaded seating area to the lush, low-upkeep green.

The result is a fully realized outdoor living area, built for everyday enjoyment and designed to bring people together.
